The Site
At Layby Farm, we believe that community is the key foundation for any business.
We aim to appeal to a variety of customers, of all ages, by using a holistic, inclusive approach that promotes communal fun, learning and commerce.
The site is split in two.
The Bucks Goat Centre is well known within the local community as a family-run farm park for children, young people and adults to learn, bond and play
The other half is a commercial business park with leisure- based tenant businesses that appeal to a broad variety of clientele from artists to cricket fans.
Where did we come from?
Layby Farm and The Bucks Goat Centre have been iconic institutions within the area for over 30 years as a communal hotspot that focuses on diverse engaging opportunities for visitors to learn, create, relax and play
It is distinctly family orientated having been created and run ever since by the Gaisford family.
The aim of this enterprise is focused on giving and supporting the local community as much as possible.

Layby Farm is an ideal location for a variety of commercial adventures, equidistance from Stoke Mandeville, Aylesbury and Wendover with Princes Risborough and High Wycombe nearby, meaning highly accessible for domestic customers.

The Bucks Goat Centre is for all ages and all backgrounds. Our policies of inclusivity aim to create a nurturing environment for anyone seeking a relaxing day out alone or with the family.
We have proven success with our animal experiences & encounters, strong partnerships with school’s, college’s, support groups and residential homes. The centre is made to appeal to everyone.
